The UAE’s Ministry of Health and Prevention has reported 478 Covid-19 infections on March 1.

The new cases were reported, after 420,289 tests were conducted across the country to screen for the virus.

The health ministry also reported 1,485 recoveries, raising the total recovery count to 835,526.

The nationwide case count has risen to 880,451.
