What Determines Eligibility?
All International students are eligible to apply for this application.
Eligible Course of Study: The grant is open to candidates who want to take on a Postgraduate Degree Program in any subject offered by the University.
Interested applicant are required to meet the following criteria:
- Candidates must achieve at least 2:1 UK Bachelor’s Degree or its International equivalent.
- For candidates from China, a 70% score from a 211 University (recognized institution), or 75% from other Institution.
- For candidates from India, a grade of 1st Class or CGPA of 6.0/10 or 60%.
- For candidates from Taiwan, a score of 75-80% from a recognized Institution, or 70-75% from a highly ranked Institution.
- For candidates from Tanzania are required to have a degree grade of Upper Second Class
- For candidates from Turkey, a CGPA of 3.0/4.0.
Interested candidates must be in receipt of an unconditional offer by 15 July, 2020, for a Postgraduate Programme, in the School of Engineering and Digital Arts for the September 2020 stream.

In order to be able to apply for the opportunity, applicants have to enroll for an Admission in a Postgraduate Degree Program, at the University of Kent.
Required Documents: As part of your application, you must upload an essay that should be presented as a word or PDF document, detailing how studying your chosen Postgraduate Program at the School of Engineering and Digital Arts, will enhance your career and personal development.
In order to be admitted for a Postgraduate Degree Program, applicants must meet the general entry requirements of the University.
Applicants whose first language is not English, will be required to provide an evidence of proficiency in English Language, that meets with International standards at the higher level, required by the University.
