The University of Westminster, is currently offering the Great Start Funding, for interested UK/EU students across the UK.

This program is open to candidates, who want to take on a full-time Undergraduate Degree Program at the University.

The Awards will cover the living expenses, or tuition fees of the selected candidate.

What Determines Eligibility?

UK and EU students are eligible to apply.

Eligible Course of Study: Grants can be awarded to study for an Undergraduate Degree Program, in any of the courses offered by the University.

Interested applicants are required to meet the following eligibility criteria:

  • Candidates must hold a September 2020 course offer, for a full-time Undergraduate Degree at the University.
  • Candidates must be from the UK or EU, and come from a household income of less than £35,000 pa.

How To Apply For The Great Start funding For UK And EU Students

In order to participate in this program, candidates will need to enroll for an admission, to take an Undergraduate Degree Program at the University of Westminster.

After receiving the admission, the students will then download the program application form, and submit it by the given address:

Required Documents: Candidates will have to attach all the supporting documents, such as a statement of purpose, a reference letter written specifically in support of the Scholarship, and another personal statement with the Application Form.

In order to be eligible for admission, applicants must have a good Honours Degree from a recognized University, or qualification or experience that is deemed to be equivalent.

If the candidate’s course offer is conditional on their IELTS, they will need to take the test at some point, but an application for a Scholarship does not require the test.

Any Scholarship offer made, will be conditional on successfully completing the IELTS test.

Benefits Of The Award

The award grant will provide an amount of £1,500 per academic year, which can be taken as cash for living expenses or tuition fees.
